The Tivetshalls' Bio-Diversity Project
Over the coming months and years we as a council want to increase and protect our wild life, increase our woodland and wild flowers habitats, along with improving a parishioners well being through some simple steps.

Wild Flower Border
Introduce a 1 to 2 meter wild flower and fruit trees strip between the Play Park and the main Play Field. Thus creating a natural border between the to. Helping us to encourage wild life and give free fruit to the village.
Expand the area around the pond to include a wild flower, shrubs and seating.

Bats and Birds
We want all children (of all Ages) to build a Bat box or a Bird Box so we as a Council can locate these around our village to encourage nesting. (Click an image opposite)

Hedgehogs
We all know our beloved native Hedgehog is on the decline! We can all play a part in helping them please click the picture to find ways we can all help.
